The leadership development cohort is the most intensive program The Reformation Project offers and is designed to equip Christians who are passionate about advancing LGBTQ inclusion in their faith communities. It is a 3-month online program that culminates in a 4-day in-person summit and provides you with the theological training, community organizing skills, and resources you need to change the church. This program positions you as a well-rounded leader in the LGBTQ Christian movement, empowering you with an intersectional understanding of social power and oppression, and a theory of change anchored by the principles of community organizing.
Our goal is to assemble a cohort of reformers that is representative of the body of Christ as a whole. We strongly encourage people of color, transgender and gender nonconforming people, women, and people with disabilities to apply.
